Agreement
These terms apply to the OTTwala mobile app and this website, both operated by RAJ CREATIONS LLC trading as USA Raja Creator Tools. By using OTTwala you agree to them.
What OTTwala is
OTTwala is an information service. It tells you which streaming platform a film or series appears on in India, and when it arrived there. It does not stream, host, download or play any video, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the streaming services it lists.
Cost
OTTwala is free. There are no advertisements, no in-app purchases and no subscription.
Accuracy
Availability changes constantly and without notice. We compile from public sources and update daily, but we cannot guarantee that a title is still on a platform when you look, that every title is listed, or that a date is exact. Please treat OTTwala as a guide and check the platform itself before relying on it.
Coverage is stated rather than implied: some titles reach us late, and some small releases never appear in the public sources we read at all. The app shows what it knows and does not pretend to be complete.
Acceptable use
You may use OTTwala for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell or redistribute the data it presents, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Third-party content
Titles, posters, trailers, and the names and logos of streaming services belong to their respective owners. Metadata and availability data are supplied by TMDB and JustWatch under their terms, and some dates come from Wikipedia under CC BY-SA. Their terms apply to that material and nothing here grants you rights over it.
No warranty
OTTwala is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RAJ CREATIONS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of OTTwala, including any decision made in reliance on information shown in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use OTTwala after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
